Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn has been an actress for more than 20 years. Her best-known role is Skyler White in Breaking Bad, an AMC Drama Breaking Bad, for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014 in the category of Outstanding Supporting actress in the Drama Series. She also appeared in Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn began acting as an infant as a child in Sante Fe New Mexico. The family moved to Ohio and she continued her interest in the theatre. She spent a year at the British American Drama Academy and took classes in theatre in the theatre department at Northwestern University. Anna was employed in the theatre in the Chicago area for a few years prior to trying her hand at television as well as film roles. In 1992 Anna got her first major part in the role of Arden in the 29th episode of Down the Shore. In addition, she played in Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. It was not until the end of the 1990s that she took on a role in The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood for two seasons. In 2008 she was cast as Skyler as Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully was the Deadwood film, and other movies included her. Gunn was a part of David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production produced by David Schwimmer. The year 2022 saw Gunn was a part of a four-part audio-play series called "Numbered days". The drama of Breaking Bad is dependent on the relationships between Walter White, his wife Skyler and their uneasy relationship. The degrading of this relationship is akin to Walter White's dying days.
